STORE POLICY

Home Storage Concepts hopes that you are happy with your order. We do not place a warranty above and beyond the manufacturers warranty on any item we sell. After seven (7) business days all sales are final.

Product Availability
We will send out your order within five (5) business days once payment is received. There are times when a product can sell out overnight, when that happens, we have to back order a product, in those cases, we will notify you and you will be given the choice of a refund, store credit or waiting until the product comes in. If the product is backordered for longer than 14 days, we will issue a store credit for the amount of purchase price plus shipping, or if you wish, we will refund the purchase price and shipping.

Return Policy
If you decide that you do not want the product that you received, and the product was listed correctly, you have seven (7) days to contact us for a return authorization. After seven (7) days all sales are final.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price is applicable.
• Original shipping charges are non refundable.
• New items must not have been used or have any visible marks.
• Items must be returned in original box with all instructions and hardware included.
• The customer is responsible for the returning product.
• Once received Home Storage Concepts will re-evaluate the item, and determine if there in fact was a listing error.
• If an error was made on our part, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping within 24 hours of receipt of the item.

Damages in Shipping
Sometimes items are damaged in shipping. If you received a damaged item please contact customer service, and we will be happy to file a claim with our carrier and replace the item at no additional charge to you.

Incorrect Item Received
Occasionally an error may occur. Home Storage Concepts will resolve the issue quickly once you contact us. If you have received the incorrect product please contact us via email, and we will either replace the product or refund your full purchase price including shipping. Please have the incorrect item / box with you when you call so we can verify inventory number received.

Payments
IL Shipping addresses must add 8.25% sales tax. All Payments must be sent in US currency.
We gladly accept the following payment methods. Sorry no personal checks.

Shipping
We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). Normal shipping will be sent UPS Ground, and is usually shipped within five (5) business day of receiving payment. We do offer expedited shipping, please contact customer service before you process your payment and we'll get you a quote. Do not calculate Saturday or Sunday in delivery schedule. We do not ship outside the US.

APO / FPO and other US Military addressed shipments will be shipped Priority Mail thru the US Postal Service and will incurr additional handling charges. PLEASE EMAIL PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE US.

We insure your purchase for the full sales price. If anything does happen to your item in shipping we will either send you a replacement, or send you a full refund. Please contact customer service within 7 business days after receipt of the merchandise so we can file a claim with UPS.
